Welcome to the New Interim Visits Website!

We’re excited to unveil our newly designed Interim Visits website!

In September we announced that Interim Visits was evolving from a magazine published solely for clinical research professionals to a magazine that educates everyone about clinical research and the importance of clinical trials.  Clinical research plays a vital role in developing or improving treatments, understanding diseases, and advancing medicine. Our mission is to make this information accessible, engaging, and empowering for everyone.

Our revamped site offers a fresh look and improved navigation to better inform and engage you on the importance of clinical research. Whether you’re a clinical research or healthcare professional, curious about how new medications are developed, wondering how important it is to volunteer for a clinical trial, or just want to learn about the impact of clinical trials on public health, our updated platform has something for you!  From insightful articles and resources to helpful tips, we’ve streamlined everything to enhance your experience.

Explore our latest features, including:

  • Clearer Information – We’ve organized content into easy-to-follow sections, including our Research Basics page that explain what clinical research is, why it matters, and how it shapes healthcare.
  • Personal Stories – Hear from patients, researchers, and medical professionals who share their experiences and insights into the clinical research journey.
  • Site Spotlight – Explore our Site Spotlight page to learn about credible clinical research sites/centers where you can volunteer to participate in clinical trials.

We hope this new platform will make your experience even better.

Whether you’re a returning visitor or joining us for the first time, we’re thrilled to have you here.  Thank you for being a part of our community.  Please dive in, explore, and let us know what you think!  Together, we can make a healthier tomorrow through knowledge and collaboration.
