Author Contribution Policy
Interim Visits is committed to advancing excellence in clinical research, regulatory oversight, and patient centered innovation. All contributed content must reflect professional credibility, subject matter expertise, and meaningful industry value.
The following standards apply to all article submissions.
1. Content Purpose
All articles must support the mission of Interim Visits by contributing thoughtful, relevant insight to the clinical research community.
Submissions should:
• Address real-world challenges in clinical research or public health
• Provide practical recommendations or operational insight
• Reflect current regulatory and industry standards
• Deliver measurable or strategic value to research professionals
2. Minimum Structural Requirements
Each article must:
• Contain a clear and relevant title
• Include a defined introduction
• Include at least three clearly labeled sections
• Conclude with a concise summary of key takeaways
• Contain a minimum of 700 words
Paragraphs should be structured clearly and consistently, with logical progression between sections.
3. Search Visibility & Quality Standards
To ensure strong search performance and professional credibility, each submission must:
• Focus clearly on one primary topic
• Include at least one link to a recognized and authoritative source (such as FDA, ICH, NIH, or peer-reviewed institutions)
• Demonstrate depth, clarity, and subject-matter understanding
• Discuss the primary topic consistently throughout the article
• Introduce the primary topic clearly near the beginning of the content
Content must reflect originality, relevance, and professional integrity. Surface-level commentary or loosely structured content will not meet publication standards.
Submissions that do not meet these requirements will not proceed to publication.
4. Professional Integrity
All content must be:
• Original
• Accurate and verifiable
• Free from promotional language
• Aligned with current regulatory and ethical standards
The following are not permitted:
• Product marketing
• Sales-oriented messaging
• Unsupported medical claims
• Plagiarized or duplicated material
5. Editorial Review
All submissions are subject to editorial evaluation to ensure:
• Clarity
• Accuracy
• Relevance
• Structural integrity
• Alignment with the Interim Visits mission
Editorial decisions are final.
Interim Visits exists to elevate standards in clinical research dialogue. Contributors are expected to meet the same level of excellence in written thought as the industry demands in practice.
